I build websites, web apps and AI features, and I don't do the legal side of a project. When a client needs a lawyer, I refer them to Nexora Legal, a law practice for digital businesses — IT, AI, GameDev, e-commerce and media — working under Russian law. I built their website myself (the Nexora Legal case study), so I know what kind of work they take on.
Talk to them when the question is about law rather than code:
- development contracts and the transfer of rights to code, design and content — Intellectual property;
- personal data: compliance with Russia's Federal Law 152-FZ, consents, privacy policy, cookies — Personal data;
- advertising: reviewing ad materials and integrations, contracts with bloggers — Advertising and marketing;
- terms of sale and the document set of an online store — E-commerce.
It is easier to settle these before launch: the policy and consent texts go on the site from day one instead of being retrofitted later. You can describe your task on nexoralegal.ru (the site is in Russian).
