Federation of Yoga: a yoga teacher training page on the school's main site

The Federation of Yoga trains yoga teachers through the online course "Classical Yoga Teacher": 6 months, 200 hours. The course page used to live apart from the school's site, on a separate builder page. I designed and built a new page on the main site, kundalini.ru: the course is clear on the first screen, you can sign up from any block, and every application goes straight into the school's CRM. The site is in Russian.

// The course page: program, teachers and sign-up on one page.

The course explains itself: length, hours, format and diploma are visible at once, and you can sign up from any block.

What I did: went through the course as a future student would, designed and built the page, connected the form to the CRM and moved the page from its separate address onto the main site.

01 / Challenge

The course lived apart from the site

The course page sat on a separate address in a site builder, while the school's main site runs on a different platform. The school needed a page that explains the course by itself, and a place for it on the main site.

I went through the page as someone choosing a course would: what is the profession, how long is it, is it online, is there a diploma, who teaches. All of that has to be visible at once, before scrolling.

What had to be solved

  1. The course on one screen

Length, hours, format and diploma visible at once, with the teacher next to them.

  2. A path to the application

A sign-up button in the header and in every block, with the form opening right on the page.

  3. Living on the main site

One address on the school's site, and the "Training" menu item leads to it.

02 / What I did

The course page, from the first screen to the application

I designed and built the whole page: headline, program by blocks, teachers, reviews, FAQ and sign-up.

  1. First screen

A headline, four tiles with the key facts about the course, and a photo of the teacher.

  2. Program

The course blocks in order and what a student can do by the end.

  3. Teachers and reviews

Who teaches, graduates who teach themselves, video reviews from students.

  4. Questions and sign-up

The FAQ opens as a list. An application goes into Bitrix24, the school's CRM; every submission counts as a goal in the school's analytics, and a thank-you page opens after it. That way the school can see how many people signed up from the page.

  5. On the main site

The page lives on the school's site, the menu leads to it, and the old course address redirects here.

03 / The site

On a laptop and on a phone

On a phone, the four tiles stack into a column and the sign-up button stays in the header.

04 / What came of it

What changed for the school

  1. The course is on the main site

One address instead of a separate builder page, and the old address redirects.

  2. Applications land in the CRM

Every application goes straight into Bitrix24, with no copying by hand.

  3. Sign-ups show up in the school's analytics

The goal shows how many people signed up from the page.

The number of applications stays with the school, and I don't publish it.

This was my website development service, from $300.
